My hot stone massage uses heated avocado or coconut oil to create a frictionless glide for the heated basalt stone which brings the power of heat deep into your muscles. Stationary stones add more heat and grounding during this very relaxing experience.   Prior to the massage I start each session with a hot herbal foot soak.  Please allow an extra half hour for your appointment.
