My basic massage style incorporates Swedish Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Sports massage, and Myofacial techniques.  I also do Hot Stone therapy.

 Most of my practice is based at my home studio in Columbia City.

I am pleased to say that I am also seeing clients a few days each week at VIDA Spa located at the Pan Pacific Hotel in the South Lake Union area. My Vida Spa hours are Thursday morning, Friday and Saturday evening, and occasional Sunday mornings.

 In addition to the services I offer at my home studio, I will now be able to provide you with Ayurvedic massage treatments and wraps in a truly remarkable location. For corporate event services I am primarily working through the Massage Team operated by Alison Butler

My primary massage training was at the Brenneke School of Massage (now part of the Cortiva Institute)
